Bethany Collins

As an intern with Creative Campus Initiative during the 2006-07 academic year, Bethany Collins dovetailed her visual art/photojournalism major with an interest in creative education to create programs that benefited the campus and community.

That experience has helped her tremendously with her current job at Working Classroom, an arts and education center in downtown Albuquerque, New Mexico. Read more

 

Erica Crabtree Mossholder

After gaining confidence and experience as a founding intern of Creative Campus Initiative, Erica Crabtree Mossholder is giving back by contributing to Tuscaloosa’s creative economy.

Mossholder runs One Night Only – an art gallery, handmade boutique, and vintage clothing store on University Boulevard. Read more

 

Elliot Knight

Although Elliot Knight completed his Creative Campus internship last spring, he continues to build collaboration and encourage creative activity on campus and in nearby communities.

Now a graduate student in American Studies, Knight is the founder and co-director of the Black Belt 100 Lenses Program. Read more

 

Kristi Wilcox

Kristi Wilcox entered the University of Alabama with plans to become a doctor, but her work with the Creative Campus Initiative sent her down a different road.

Wilcox, who was a founding intern in the organization, earned her B.A. in English last spring. She now is working toward a master’s degree in Arts Policy and Administration and a Juris Doctorate at the Ohio State University. Read more
