Sella show opens Maxwell Hall Gallery

Creative Campus christened the gallery space in its Maxwell Hall home with a very special exhibit: Alvin Sella’s first one man show at UA since 1961.

Professor emeritus of painting, 87-year-old Sella displayed his most recent paintings and collages at Maxwell from an opening reception on March 8 until April 20, 2007.

The show attracted visitors from throughout the state and beyond, and garnered a very favorable review and a feature story in The Tuscaloosa News (read it here).
