Creative Campus interns slow down for LivesStill

Life is so fast, but what does it look like when we slow down?

Inspired by the photography of Elizabeth Handy, the Creative Campus Initiative stopped everything - if only long enough for the flash of a camera. Given the limitations of only five objects and a plant, each staff member, intern and graduate assistant was charged with the task of defining him or herself. The result? LivesStill.

Creative Campus opened the exhibit with a drop-in reception on April 3. The public may view the photographs for free at Maxwell Hall on weekdays from 8 a.m. to 4:45 p.m.

In addition to the Handy exhibit, prior gallery shows at Maxwell Hall include a one-man show by painter Alvin Sella, and pottery, luminaires, and an engineering study in "Creativity Through Three Lenses."
